Is a 34-page plug-and-play workbook that will introduce you to the main areas you need to consider when crafting a compelling Brand Strategy.

With 55 questions and templates to draft your simple Business plan, Brand Strategy, Marketing Strategy and Visual Identity you will DIY the first two Modules (Differentiation & Brand Strategy) of the 1-1 From Business to BestFREND™ Brand Coaching Programme in a brief and simplified form.

The Coaching Programme goes much deeper into each topic, please keep in mind this is a simplified version of a Brand Strategy and of an overall Business plan.

You'll receive the PDF with a link to the Canva document (pages 3 and 4). You need a free Canva account and basic Canva editing skills.

How to work with this document

  • This document will give you enough food for thought - Start drafting everything that comes to your mind by answering the questions in this document. You might use a separate digital document or go wild on paper, whatever suits you better.

  • Think in a divergent way - this means, go broad, zoom out, don't restrict yourself, and don't judge your thoughts during the process. You'll probably have lots of data, lol.

  • In the next stage comes convergent thinking. You'll need to filter your thoughts and zoom in based on the given criteria. Always have your "dream business, or dream future" in mind when filtering your thoughts.

  • The final statements shall come up in just a couple of sentences, and be clear and concise. Write/type them down directly into this document.

  • In the Visual identity section, you can first draft your ideas about how your brand shall "sound and look". Based on your description, you'll need to actually create the visual identity - either yourself or with my help - through semi-custom branding kits or based on a custom-made design. You can paste your final documents, once you have them, into the Brand guide so that you have everything in one place.

  • Then, this document will serve as a Business and Brand Guide for everything you will do in your future business.
